The 20-year-old has represented
England all the way through the youth levels, but is set to represent Nigeria
after last month making the deicision to switch.
The defender attended a Nigerian training camp
in Barnet last month and head coach Gernot Rohr admitted that the youngster
will be in the frame when the Super Eagles look to qualify for the next Africa
Cup of Nations.
“We have seen the likes of Ola Aina, Tyronne
Ebuehi Bazee, and Chuba Akpom in London,” Rohr said on SuperSport Monday night
show.
"They all trained with us and we hope to have them in camp in France ahead of the Nations Cup qualifier against South Africa.”
