Chelsea Beat QPR 8-0 As Eden Hazard And Tiemoue Bakayoko Play
Chelsea have on Thursday afternoon beaten QPR 8-0 in a private friendly with Eden Hazard and Tiémoué Bakayoko playing.
The pair had both had injuries that they were overcoming and this was their first chance to test them in a real situation.
Safe to say, it was a fruitful afternoon as Chelsea well and truly embarrassed QPR with an 8-0 scoreline.
While we will never know all of the scorers during the game due to its nature, rumours suggest that Eden Hazard was on the scoresheet.
Other rumours on social media also claim that Charly Musonda scored a brace during the game as he hopes to break into the first team setup.
Regardless, the game was used predominantly to gauge the fitness levels of Bakayoko and Eden Hazard.
Antonio Conte will be looking for the players to return to the first team setup as soon as possible following their embarrassing defeat against Burnley.
The London side were beaten 3-2 at Stamford Bridge but Burnley were originally 3-0 up much to the amazement of every football fan.
Conte will thus be looking to have one of their big money signings in the squad and Chelsea’s star man in Eden Hazard back at his disposal.
